1. Response Time: All inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.
2. Payment: A 50% advance is required to confirm your order. The remaining amount must be paid in full before dispatch.
3. Production Timeline:
   • Customized Orders: Please allow a minimum of 3–4 weeks for dispatch after order confirmation, as each piece is crafted with precision and care. Timelines may vary depending on the country of delivery.
   • Ready-to-Ship Items: These will be dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery timelines vary by location.

1. Pricing: Final pricing is based on the prevailing gold and diamond rates on the date the order is placed.

 

Cancellation Policy

We believe in maintaining transparency and fairness in all our interactions. Our cancellation policy is designed to reflect that:

1. Within 24 Hours: No cancellation charges if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement (post 50% advance payment).
2. Between 24–72 Hours: A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the advance payment.
3. After 72 Hours: Cancellations beyond 72 hours from the time of order placement are non-refundable.
