Who are we? What makes CaratsNFacets different?

CaratsNFacets is different because we offer you an exquisite range of fine, Unique jewellery designs from all over the world under one roof. We Specialise in refurbishment of old jewellery and Customization from metal to designs.

Where is CaratsNFacets located?

We are an Online based Company with head office located in Mumbai – Mahim west and Dubai Freezone.

Where is your jewellery made?

Our jewellery is manufactured in India and in Dubai based on the designs.

Does CaratsNFacets have a catalogue?

No, we don’t have a print catalogue as of now.

Do you offer any additional discounts?

No, we do not offer any additional discounts. Our products are offered directly from the manufacturer and with no overheads like rent, inventory costs, etc. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers by way of honest and competitive prices with no Quality Compromise.

Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?

You may send an email on enquiry@caratsnfacets.ae and they will help you with a customized gift card.

02. Delivery

What is the estimated delivery time?

For Customized orders it takes us 3-4 business weeks. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address.

For Ready to Ship items the product is dispatched within 48 hours of the order confirmation.

Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.

How will the delivery be done?

We process the delivery through reputed insured couriers. Please check if we deliver to your pincode.

How safe is my product?

Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Does CaratsNFacets deliver internationally?

Yes, we do take orders for International Delivery too. Please check with us your delivery address before you place an order with us.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

No, we will not be available to change delivery address once the order is placed.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for my location (Pincode)?

No, we do not have COD option available for both National and International orders.

Can I commission a custom design?

Yes, you can customize the whole product in Gold or Silver, Natural or Lab Grown Diamonds, Precious or Semi-Precious stones based on your budget.

Do pendants come with the chain?

No, pendants don’t come with a chain until certain pendants have attached chain. Please check with us.

Can I get the jewellery in a different gemstone or metal not offered on CaratsNFacets?

Please check with us for the metal, since we do products in Gold and Silver both.

Can I order a ring in a size that isn’t offered on the site?

Yes, you can order the size since we customized for individual clients.

What if I don’t know the ring size?

What will my packing be like?

The jewellery arrives in Zip lock jewellery bag along with CaratNFacets Pouches. Compact and easy to ship.

Is my jewellery authentic and certified?

All diamond and gemstone jewellery bought from CaratsNFacets is certified by SGL, IGI or GIA and all gold jewellery is hallmarked based on the purity.

I lost my jewellery certificate; can I get a duplicate?

Yes, we can arrange a duplicate Certificate at an additional cost.

Can I re-size my Ring?

Yes, we can resize the ring.

Are your prices lower than a local jewellery store?

Absolutely! Our products are offered with no overheads like rent and inventory costs, so we happily pass on the benefit to our customers.

  • No, we do not have any return or Exchange policy once the order is processed and dispatched.
  • Please refer to the terms and conditions in regards to cancellation of an order.

No, we do not have return policy on Solitaires.

How should I place an order online?/ Can I order by phone?

 

Yes, you can order the design which you would like to make from CaratsNFacets.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. Your order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you provide after the advance payment is received.

How to Cancel an Order?

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

05. Payments

How do I make a payment for a CaratsNFacets purchase?

All payments are done through Bank Transfers only for now. We Shall share the bank details once the design is approved by you.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.

Are prices on CaratsNFacets.ae subject to change?

Prices for Ready to ship items are subject to change without notice.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We currently do not have card payment option available now.

How long will it take to get refunds, if any?

Refunds will take about 4-5 business days to be processed.

04. After Purchase Questions

Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?

All sales prices are final and CaratsNFacets does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.

What if there is a problem with my purchase?

If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece, we’ll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we’ll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping.

Can I take a ring to my local jeweller to have it resized?

Of course, only if u trust the jeweller completely and at your risk.
